We have to be constantly listening to our customers needs. In Third-world countries those needs are often not even expressed by the populations, due to their lack of knowledge and information, and therefore it is our task to be pro-active and analyse the real needs on the field.

In view of the very poor transportation infrastructure, we strive to arrange the distribution by our own means.

Our objective is to cover by the end of 2004 the entire range of generic drugs for private and hospital use, as well as the medical supplies.

We also want to increase the list of molecules available towards a level approaching that of the developed countries.
